Frequently Asked Questions

How does functional nutrition help with chronic skin conditions?

Functional nutrition focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of skin conditions rather than just treating the symptoms. By understanding the intricate connections between diet, gut health, inflammation, and skin, we create personalized plans that promote healing from within.

Can functional nutrition really improve conditions like eczema and psoriasis?

Absolutely. Many skin issues are linked to internal imbalances, and addressing these imbalances through functional nutrition can lead to significant improvements. We've witnessed clients achieve clearer, healthier skin through our evidence-based approach.

Are your methods backed by science?

Yes, our approach is rooted in scientific research and clinical evidence. We stay up-to-date with the latest studies on dermatology, nutrition, and holistic health to ensure that our clients receive the most effective and safe treatments.

How personalized are your plans?

Our nutrition plans are tailored to your unique needs. We consider your medical history, current health status, dietary preferences, and specific skin condition to create a plan that suits you best. One-size-fits-all solutions don't work when it comes to functional nutrition.

Is this approach suitable for all types of skin conditions?

Yes, our approach can be beneficial for a wide range of skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, seborrheic dermatitis, and alopecia areata. By addressing the root causes of inflammation and imbalances, we aim to improve overall skin health.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary based on individual factors, the severity of the condition, and how closely you follow the recommended plan. Some clients experience noticeable improvements within a few weeks, while others may take a bit longer. Consistency and patience are key.

Do I have to give up all my favorite foods?

Our goal is to create a balanced and sustainable approach to nutrition. While some dietary adjustments may be necessary, we work with you to find alternatives and modifications that fit your lifestyle and preferences.

Can I continue my current treatments alongside functional nutrition?

Absolutely. Our approach is complementary to conventional treatments. We encourage collaboration with your healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to your skin health.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations to make our services accessible to clients nationwide. Whether you're near or far, we're dedicated to supporting your journey to healthier skin.

How much will it cost?

The total cost will depend on the unique case, functional testing used, and the duration of our work together.

   - First visit: 60 minutes ($250)
